By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the new version.

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, copying content for commercial use, attempting to access non-public areas, or interfering with how the site works.

Ordering & Delivery.

Jayce Marketplace is a delivery and pickup kitchen. We don't take orders through this website. All orders are placed, paid for and fulfilled through third-party delivery platforms — currently DoorDash and Grubhub.

• Order status, refunds, cancellations, delivery times and driver issues are handled by the delivery platform under its own terms and policies.
• Delivery zones, hours and item availability are set in each app and may differ from what's shown on this site.
• Desserts and coffee listed on this site are shown for reference only and are not available for delivery.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or items that are unavailable.

Pricing.

Prices on this site are our standard menu prices and are provided for information. Delivery-app pricing may be higher and will include service fees, delivery fees, taxes and optional tips set by the platform. The price shown in the app at checkout is the price you pay. Menu items, descriptions and prices may change without notice, and we aren't responsible for typographical errors.

Allergens & Dietary Information.

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, fish, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contact can occur, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen — including items tagged gluten-free or vegan.

Tags such as "GF," "Vegan," and "Contains Nuts" are offered as a convenience and describe the recipe as written, not a certification. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please note it in the special-instructions field of your order and use your own judgment. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Photos.

Food photography is for illustration. Portion sizes, plating and garnish for delivery and pickup orders may differ from what's pictured. Venue and event imagery shows our space and is not a guarantee of dine-in availability.

Privacy.

Other than the contact form, this website does not collect personal information, run user accounts, or process payments. We don't use advertising trackers. Standard, anonymous server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be kept for security and performance.

When you click through to DoorDash, Grubhub or any other third-party service, their privacy policies apply. Any data you share there — name, address, phone number, payment details — is collected by them, not by us.

If you use our contact form, the name, email and message you submit are delivered to us (via our hosting provider's form service) and used only to respond to you. We won't add you to any list without asking.

"Jayce Marketplace," the J tile mark and the content of this site are owned by Jayce Marketplace and may not be reproduced without written permission. DoorDash and Grubhub are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention here does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability.

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayce Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from orders placed through third-party platforms. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection or food-safety law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
